The guitar is almost exactly 4 years old. It's only been played on and off at
home during those 4 years. I never play anymore and so I'm looking to get rid of
it. It's a gorgeous guitar and sounds great. It does have a few minor
scratches/dings. If you pay the $400 straight up, I will throw in a nice
KACESIII soft gig-bag for free.

The professional service I had done was to lower the action and level the
frets, and place a strap peg on the body. The action was way too high when I
first bought it, but it's great now! You can see from some of these reviews for
the same guitar model that the only real complaint  was the guitar's
action.

Here is the same exact model as the guitar I am selling. The only difference
is that mine has a black finish.
